Configure users and tab access. Other setup sections manage QA assignments, areas, and equipment.
Users & Tab Access
Select an employee from the approved Employee List, then assign username, role, and tabs. Users cannot be created without an employee.
Choose Role = User, then check which tabs this person can open.
QA Verification Assignments
Defines who verifies Pre-Op and SSOP Execution records by production line, area, or environmental zone. Performers cannot choose a verifier — assignments apply automatically on each tab.
Areas Master List
Select a Sub-Area from shared_apps_data/sub_areas, assign it to an Area, and set the cleaning frequency.
Equipment Master List
Select Equipment from shared_apps_data/equipment, assign it to a Production Line, and set the cleaning frequency.
Zone Assignments (EMP / SQF)
Zones come from shared_apps_data/environmental_zones (read-only). Assign shared Areas, Sub-Areas, or Equipment to a zone. Saved in sharedSanitationControlData/zone_assignments — Environmental Program reads the same map for sampling sites.
Environmental Sampling Sites
Auto-loaded from shared_apps_data/sites/records on login and when you open Setup. Create/edit sites in the Shared App / HARPC; EMP program settings live in sharedEnvironmentalProgramData/env_site_profiles.
SOPs Master List
SOP Templates to Use
Create reusable SOP templates here. The SSOP tab can then load the selected SOP template automatically.
Add SOP Processes to this Template
Choose SOP Processes already created above. Each process gets its own procedure inside this specific SOP Template, and that procedure can be edited anytime before saving.
Tip: Use Copy as New in the SOP Templates list when the equipment/sub area is the same but you need a separate template for another production line.
Pre-Op Inspection
Define sites in Environmental Program → Sampling Sites.
Master Schedule
List sanitation master records by Environmental Zone, Area, or Production Line. Zone uses Setup → Zone Assignments. Filter by frequency to see what is due.
SSOPs
This tab reads the SOP Templates created/imported in Setup and saved in Firebase.
